TAKE NOTE

8AM CANADA DAY On Wednesday, July 1, you are invited to a special Prayer Meeting to kick off Canada Day with an hour of prayer for our country. The Men Who Pray group invites everyone to join them in the Multi-Purpose Room for this hour. For more information, talk to Pastor Trevor.

BABY BOTTLES for Mainsprings Pregnancy and Family Support are now due to be returned to the church. Please do so at your earliest convenience.

CHILDREN'S MINISTRIES has a new part-time director, Alexis B! She will begin in the office this week and oversee all the children's programming at OEFC.

SUMMER SCHEDULE Nursery (0-24 months) will be offered all summer in both services. Kids 2 years old and up will stay with their parents in the service (activity packets are available at the back of the auditorium).

STAMPEDE BREAKFAST Yahoo and Yee Haw! It's almost time for our annual Stampede Breakfast! Mark your calendar for Saturday, July 4 (8:30-10:30am) and plan to attend. Invite your friends and neighbours! There are lots of opportunities to help out as we typically serve 700 people an amazing breakfast...sign up online.

YOUTH SLIP & SLIDE (Grades 7-12) in Aldersyde, Friday, July 10 (7-10pm). Come prepared to get wet! Volleyball and hotdogs too.

MEN'S HIKE On Saturday, July 11, meet at the church at 8am to drive together for a Men's Ministry hike to Pickle Jar Lakes! If you would like to participate or want more information, please email Pastor Trevor.
 
LAND FUND Have you heard that OEFC has a new option for giving (in addition to Operating Fund, Missions, etc.)? As we continue to realize growth and talk about future plans, this fund will be open to donations to be used should suitable land become available. You may indicate Land Fund when you give online or via offering envelope.

MEN'S GOLF TOURNAMENT Let John D know if you would like to be on the mailing list for the 7th annual OEFC men's tournament at Turner Valley Golf Course! Tentative date is Saturday, September 12. $120 for golf, power cart, meal, gratuity and prizes.

LADIES RETREAT October 16-18 at Island Lake Retreat Centre in the Crowsnest Pass, under two hours from Okotoks. Join us to unwind, deepen friendships, enjoy meaningful conversations and take a break from the busyness of life! Register online by August 15 (pay $175 now or later). Early bird registration by July 31 for special doorprize draw.

This 12-week online course is taught live by Briercrest Seminary faculty, providing accessible theological education and a practical foundation in the Old and New Testament, Theology, Church History and Pastoral Ministry.
