Proverbs 3:5-7 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight. Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and shun evil. This will bring health to your body and nourishment to your bones."

8:45AM Pre-Service Prayer in the Prayer Room to the right of the platform. Christians believe that prayer, made available to us through the gift of the Holy Spirit, is a powerful tool for extending the Kingdom of God on earth. Paul instructed us to hold nothing back and to take everything, no matter how trivial, to God in prayer (Philippians 4:6). In this light, we invite you to pray for OEFC's Sunday services with regularity and persistence by joining others in the Prayer Room.

OEFC LIBRARY NEWS Abandoned Faith: Why Millennials Are Walking Away and How You Can Lead Them Millennials (those born between 1980 and 2000) constitute a group that is technologically astute, ethnically diverse, and culturally and vibrantly engaged. Yet they face high unemployment and massive debt, and they comprise the largest number of religiously unaffiliated individuals in American history. Concerned by these and other hard-hitting facts, experts Alex McFarland and Jason Jimenez have created a book that will shed new light on what Christian parents must do to reach their young adult children. This book offers a strong voice of hope for parents, church leaders, and others who serve the Millennial generation.
BABY BOTTLES Each year the Pregnancy Care Centre touches the lives of women and men who are experiencing grief from a previous pregnancy loss. Unresolved losses impact lives, often in unexpected ways. The Centre has a program for women and men experiencing pregnancy loss from a previous abortion experience. Abortion is often chosen in an unintended pregnancy because of life circumstances and pressures that make women feel they have no other option. The Pregnancy Care Centre is a compassionate resource for those who identify that abortion has impacted their lives. Your support helps women, and men, find hope and healing. Remember to return your baby bottle next Sunday (June 19) or donate HERE.

PLAN TO PROTECT At OEFC, we follow Plan to Protect guidelines for the safety and well-being of the children in the care of the nursery and children's ministry classes. All of our workers and volunteers are required to complete training, and we implement a Child Check-In system with labels for the child and parent alike. Parents or older siblings are REQUIRED to show their label when picking up their family member. Recognizing that we have high-risk children in our care at times, we will continue to strictly follow these guidelines. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation! Talk with Pastor Chris for more information.
