Join us on September 20 for our in-person Worship Service! You will also have the opportunity to join the LiveStream Watch Party, a new type of Growth Group beginning this week (info below). Register HERE and plan to arrive by 9:45am to sign in and find your seat. Please note that we are opening up the Fireside Room as an overflow area. If the Main Auditorium and balcony reach capacity, everyone else will be seated in the Fireside Room to view the LiveStream service on the screen.

Each person attending needs to pre-register and practice physical distancing. Singing will be allowed for those wearing a mask. The LiveStream will continue to be accessible through the church website.

Attached is the sermon-based study for personal or Growth Group use!

Beginning September 20, we have an option for those not currently in a Growth Group. When you register for church (above), you will have an opportunity to join a LiveStream Watch Party. In our church building we have designated rooms available for people to gather (socially distanced of course). Together you can watch the LiveStream, then go immediately into a sermon-based Bible study, helping you apply the content of the morning to your life, pray together, and talk about faith-related issues with other Christ followers. You can email Pastor Michael for more information.

Southern Alberta Bible Camp, in partnership with the Family and Community Support Services Association of Alberta, is providing FREE Dave's Meals (frozen entrees) to those negatively impacted by Covid-19 including front-line workers, unemployed, self-isolating, care-givers and seniors. You may sign up HERE on behalf of someone you know who needs a meal (i.e., you deliver the meal to them).

Faith Beyond Belief is holding an online Christian worldview conference on October 2 and 3. Speakers include Biola University's Dr. Craig Hazen, Dr. John Bloom, Dr. Tim Muehlhoff, and Elizabeth Urbanowicz. More info and registration ($80) at

Also available is a FREE online session on Thursday evening, October 1, with JoJo Ruba. As Alberta cities ban “conversion therapy,” FBB’s executive director Jojo Ruba says they are also banning counseling that Christians and others want. He says these bans make no distinction between coercive counseling and counseling consented to by patients. Ruba says these life-saving conversations are worth protecting both from a pastoral perspective and from personal experience. For the first time in public, Ruba will walk through three kinds of conversations that helped him deal with the issues of sexuality and gender in his own life, and show how God uses everyday conversations to save lives. Info and registration HERE.
